Why was Venezuela ranked the most dangerous country in the world for the second year?

When you have the highest assault rate in the world, medicine and food shortage, over 40% of your property and money stolen, less security then Afghanistan and South Sudan and Venezuela been in crisis for years. People start loosing hope, faith , and trust in their leaders and government agencies.

While the rest of the world feels nearly 70% confident in their local police, Venezuela drops to 25%.
